Irene Alexander Westbank First Nation Elder and daughter of the late Laura Alexander is a master beader. Her beautiful beadwork can be seen in the gallery depicting important subjects like Missing and Murdered Women (red dress indigenous women); the traditional beaded rose and special occasion beadwork. Irene is also one of our community women in business where she is known to make amazing salmon stuffed bannock, sell arts & crafts at powwow's/community events and has her own janitorial business.

Our mission is to prioritize the sale of authentic local indigenous art with WFN band members while educating the customer about the story of the artwork.
